Klug Media LLC operates AI Builders and joinaibuilders.com. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, registration forms, questionnaires, and call-booking flow.
Information we collect
We collect the contact details you submit, such as name, email, and phone number; questionnaire answers about your role, region, business, goals, revenue range, team, and AI use; and campaign attribution such as UTM parameters. When SMS enrollment is enabled, we also record your consent choice and evidence of that consent.
Our hosting provider processes technical request information. The registration service uses a hashed IP-based identifier to limit abusive requests. A session cookie links your registration to your questionnaire, and browser session storage carries contact details and campaign information through the flow.
How we use information
We use information to manage registrations, save questionnaire responses, arrange requested calls, provide support, understand interest in our programs, and protect the service. Text-message marketing requires your separate, optional SMS consent.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores registration data. Notion stores CRM records. When enabled, messaging and scheduling providers process the information needed to deliver those services on our behalf. They are not given permission to use your mobile consent for their own marketing.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in records with affiliates, lead generators, or other businesses for their marketing or promotional use. SMS permission applies only to AI Builders; it is not transferred to other senders. Service providers may process this information solely to operate the program for us.
Your choices
The SMS checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. You may book a call or purchase without agreeing to texts. Reply STOP to end SMS messages or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. See our Terms of Service for messaging details.
Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your request and retain information needed for legal obligations, dispute resolution, or to honor an opt-out.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here and applicable recordkeeping needs. Access is limited to people and providers supporting these services. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
External services and policy changes
External websites and services have their own privacy policies. We may revise this policy and update the date below; where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
